- Meet the Expert Mr.
Byron B. Aulick, co-founder and President of DataVault,
Inc. has personally been involved with imaging for eighteen
years and is a Certified Document Imaging Architect himself.
His company
has been providing training and office-automation solutions
since 1993, with a primary focus on EDMS Technology (electronic
document management systems), including: imaging systems,
workflow, COLD, forms processing and systems design. In keeping
with the advancements in technology, the company now offers
"Internet Document Management" as an ASP solution.
Mr. Aulick
is recognized as an outstanding instructor, and is passionate
about document imaging which shows through his teaching. His
instruction is methodical, thorough, and true to the concept
of being "vendor neutral" as his training is focused
on content, with no hidden sales agenda.
Mr. Aulick
provides in-house and on-site training, in which he frequently
discusses case studies with students, in an effort to prevent
major pit-falls that can be associated with any business process
re-engineering project.
Providing system
design and training on systems since 1984, he has worked with
a wide variety of commercial businesses and governmental agencies
including: The US Navy, Army Research Office, Hasbro Toys,
Granger Construction, Yankee Atomic Electric, Co and Virginia
Natural Gas, to name just a few.
Mr. Aulick
maintains his knowledge of the EDMS world through a carefully
planned regimen of reading materials, educational seminars,
trade-shows, manufacture's training, audiotapes and real-world
scenarios.
