How
long will it take me to complete a self-study course?
Each of our courses is designed to
be the equivalent of attending a 40-50 hour seminar.
The CD-ROM or Video courses are at your pace. You can
breeze right through our A+ training in just a few days, or
our Complete MCSE 2000 course in a month if you wish.
We recommend taking just as long as necessary to master the
material. Don't spend more time than you need, but ensure
that you are VERY familiar with the material before attempting
the exam.
Our self-study courses include instructor-led
video lectures with workbook and computer-based training.
An instructor speaks to you from within a video box on both
our CD-ROM and our Video training programs. We have
found that utilizing more than one learning method greatly
enhances a student's retention level. In addition, with self-study
you own the material and can use it as a reference to refer
back to at any time. In a classroom environment, if you miss
what the instructor says, you've missed it. With video, you
may rewind as often as you like! Not only is self-study more
comprehensive than classroom training, it is available for
a fraction of the cost!
You can return
the purchased material within 20 days of purchase if these
conditions are met:

our Customer Support personnel at: sales@aarons-computer-training.com
to request a "RMA" number. This number must be
on the shipping paperwork when you return your training
package or we will not accept the shipment.

Include your customer number (comes with your product) on
the shipping paperwork.

Less than 50% of the packaging material is opened.
4.
There is no damage to any of the material. This includes
writing in the books, earmarked pages, scratches on CD-ROMs
or Videotapes, or any damage that would impair our ability
to sell that course as brand new to another customer.

Good question! We have found that everyone
learns differently. Some people prefer the classroom (lecture)
style format of the videos (you can watch them from the comfort
of your favorite chair), and some people prefer the interaction
of the CD-ROM version. The CD-ROM's contain many interactive
features such as an online exam simulator as well as the video
content. Therefore, a student that does not mind sitting
in front of their computer would prefer the fully interactive
features of the CD format.
