2.  You must show us two (2) scores of 95% or better on QuickCert practice exams purchased from Aarons-Computer-Training.com.  

3.  You must be a registered user and have taken and failed any one certification exam twice within 180 days of purchase and show us proof of failures.

If all of the above conditions are met, You may then return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.
