Brian
James Bork, MCT, MCP+I, MCSE, LCI, LCP, LCA, Linux+
Trainer, A+ Trainer
After working in Technology-related occupations for
nearly 11 years, Brian began training fellow employees
and became a Technical Trainer. After three years of
training on the Microsoft product line, Brian became
exposed to the SAIR GNU/Linux certification in March
of 2000 and immediately focused on training the Linux+
certification to both students and trainers.
Since
becoming certified to teach his first SAIR course, Brian
has taught boot camps at Linux World 2000, and 2001
in San Jose, New York, and San Francisco; trainer "t-preps"
in Pennsylvania and London, England, Singapore, and
the Netherlands.
In
addition to SAIR training, Brian also maintains his
Microsoft training as well as Comptia training. During
his career, Brian has worked for Newstar (Madison, WI),
Technical Support Analyst; Wausau Financial Systems
(Wausau, WI), Technical Support Specialist; NBC 26/UPN
32 (De Pere, WI), LAN/Web Administrator; NetMedia Consulting
(De Pere, WI), Vice President of Information Systems.
