This is a screenshot of the Network+ CD-ROM training course.  Notice the drop-down menus at the top. There are many topics you can choose to go straight to.  There is also a Dictionary on the right that provides a handy reference for unfamiliar words.

Notice the "rewind, pause, play, and fast forward" video controls beneath the video screen.  You can pause the instructor in mid-sentence and then continue playing the video when you wish.  Within that purple video box, the instructor speaks to you and shows you graphics that will be of importance on the exams.
